Chef Manu was great! He came to our home as a birthday surprise for my husband. He worked with me on a custom menu around a dish that my husband really wanted to try from a restaurant that would require us to travel. Even though chef had never made it before you would never have known trying! He is very talented, explained all of the dishes and flavors before we ate and everything mixed so well together! Set up and tear down was also quick. He was very engaging and rolled with us also trying to entertain our 3 month old. It was a perfect evening for us and well worth it! Will be doing this again!
